How do I return an item?
We hope that you are delighted with every exclusive order you receive from La Katz. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund. Please note that you bear the cost of returning the goods. Shipping time & costs
We are offering worldwide deliveries with DHL Express. When your garments are manufactured, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days. For all orders over €300 shipping is worldwide free of charge. For all orders under €300 we charge €15 shipping fee.
