What payment methods does La Katz accept?
We accept all major credit cards on our website, including AMEX. You can also pay with Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 
How do I return an item? 
We hope that you are delighted with every exclusive order you receive from La Katz. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund. Please note that you bear the cost of returning the goods. Find detailed information under terms & conditions (point 4). 
Shipping time & costs
In the EU and UK we work with DHL and the Austrian Post. When your garments are manufactured, your package should arrive within 5-7 business days. Your delivery is free of charge. 
We are also working on offering deliveries outside the EU soon. Until then, we are happy to offer individual solutions.
Tracking your order
An automated email with a direct tracking link from lakatz.com will be sent out with your shipment. Please contact us for help with tracking your order or to resend the email with the necessary tracking information.

Why does the production take so long?
Our pieces are produced exclusively: Each garment is manufactured handmade to order. We dye and tailor the silk on the basis of our orders. This process takes up to six weeks.
